Passenger Liability Waiver, Release of Claims & Assumption of Risk

READ CAREFULLY — THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT

This Passenger Liability Waiver, Release of Claims & Assumption of Risk (the “Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned participant (“Participant”), on behalf of themselves and, if applicable, their minor child/ward, in favor of Reel Deal Sportfishing LLC, its owners, operators, captains, crew members, employees, agents, volunteers, affiliates, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”).

1. Assumption of Risk

Participant understands and acknowledges that participation in fishing charters involves inherent risks including slips, falls, weather exposure, vessel motion, fishing equipment injuries, marine life contact, equipment failure, and actions of other passengers.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability

Participant releases Reel Deal Sportfishing LLC from any claims related to injury, death, or property damage arising from participation.

3. Medical Fitness & Emergency Treatment

Participant certifies they are medically fit and authorizes emergency treatment if necessary.

4. Rules & Safety

Participant agrees to follow all captain and crew instructions.

5. Minor Participants

Guardian signing for a minor agrees to all terms on behalf of the minor.

6. Indemnification

Participant agrees to indemnify the Released Parties from claims arising from their actions.

7. Personal Property

Reel Deal Sportfishing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property.

8. Photo & Video Release

Permission granted for promotional use of photos/videos.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Florida law.

10. Severability

Invalid provisions do not affect the rest of the Agreement.

11. Acknowledgment

Participant confirms they have read and agree to the terms.
